WOMEN ARE STILL LAGGING ON SUPERANNUATION

Entrepreneurial women refuse to accept this as fact.

WOMEN ARE STILL LAGGING ON SUPERANNUATION

All over Australia, and we believe throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world, women are falling behind men in their superannuation savings.

On average in Australia, the gap is around 32 per cent, up 15 per cent over the past five years. And at this rate the gap is going to get even wider.

It is a well-known fact that, in general, women are paid less than their male colleagues in the work place, and coupled with the fact that many women will take maternity leave while they have children and then will often return to the workforce on less hours and therefore less income.

So what are women to do about reversing this rather confronting statistic?

Many women – as well as many men for that matter – are turning to our profession, the Network Marketing industry, to supplement, and in many cases, replacing their linear incomes (earned in a job trading hours for dollars) with residual incomes where they are paid an income based on the cumulative efforts of a team of entrepreneurs that they have joined.

We have many women in our business model who have – in a short time – developed part time incomes of $500, $1000 per month and much more. We even have a large number of women who have replaced their full time incomes working part time from home, and in some cases they have even retired their partners to become full time parents earning very substantial incomes.
